To improve the attributes of your player, you get to train one attribute per day. We understand that everyone has busy schedules, so training will roll over if you miss a few days. There are a number of factors that will impact how well your player trains. The primary factor is the career path that you chose during character creation. However, there are a number of other factors listed below:
Each age group has an optimal wage. If a player receives a higher wage, the benefits will be minimal. However if a player receives lower than optimal, it will have more of an impact over time.
A better training ground at your club will give you a higher training multiplier. It’s worth checking the club training ground level when looking for trial contracts.
If you’re a one club man and play regularly, its likely that you will become a fan favourite for the loyalty you show. There is a limited number of players eligible for this in each club at any one point. The club stadium also plays a part in the loyalty multiplier received.
There are dedicated transfer windows, where players can change clubs. However, if you change club outside a transfer window you won’t have full team chemistry. This will only impact your training, rather than the whole team. Over time it will increase back to a normal level.
